About Daniel
Hi, I’m Dan. A few years ago I was working in retail until anxiety and depression got the better of me. After a few months of pulling myself out of a dark hole, I was leading mental health first aid workshops. Now, I’m a Personal Trainer. It is awesome to meet you.
