About Courtney
Hi, I’m Courtney, a Kiwi mum sharing my health, fitness, lifestyle. I’ve fallen in love with documenting my journey and day to day, I focus and love being authentic and relatable in everything. I would rather create content that’s like a recommendation from a friend rather than and Ad!
